REFERRAL PROGRAM
- Job seekers earn up to $10 per referral match. Referral revenue is earned once an employer engages with the candidate you referred.
- Referral chains: Referral payouts are split evenly if listings are shared consecutively. For example, if you shared a listing with your friend Charlie and they shared the same listing to another friend Dakota, you each would receive $5 ($10 split between two referrers) given an employer match and engagement with Dakota. Referral chains are capped at 8 consecutive listing shares.
- Withdrawal feature will be enabled at the conclusion of Beta testing. Dollars earned during Beta testing are real.
- Withdraw-able earnings exclude money as the result of illegitimate employer engagements or accounts that make malicious attempts to create unnatural employer engagements.
